El Molino farm (part of the Jasal group) which covers 215 ha of land in the volcanic Apaneca Ilamatepec region of El Salvador. Its varied topography means some plots need structured windbreaks, whilst others require to be shaded.
The Salaverria family own the Jasal group of 40 coffee estates.
