Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for non-perishable items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Perishable Goods (Coffee) Please note that roasted coffee is a perishable food product and is exempt from standard returns for health and safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your coffee or if you received the wrong roast, please contact us immediately at mail@invernesscoffeeroasting.co.uk so we can make it right.

If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days
