The Ipanema Estate has three world class coffee farms (fincas) in the South Minas Gerais region of Brazil where a large percentage of the land is reserved for environmental conservation and protected forest areas. Lorna, who you may remember from the shop, visited a couple of these farms in 2018. She selected the Gourmet Blend as her favourite.
