"Snowy Mountain" is Team Bean’s single origin offering from Colombia. It is a traceable blend from an association of 50 producers with small farms that are all tucked into the eastern corner of Tolima. Each producer has their own micro-mill where they carefully harvest cherries, pulp, ferment, wash and gently dry the parchment on raised beds.

The farmers belong to a multi-activity trading Cooperative called FABICOOP which was established in 2013. FABICOOP's main objective is to market and sell its sustainable products with added value in local and international markets.

The farmers impeccable farm management and post-harvest practices culminate in a clean and consistent blend. But there are also just enough differences from farm to farm to create a rich complexity of flavours.
