Our Bean Shop & Espresso Bar is located at 15 Chapel Street in the heart of Inverness. It’s a small shop with big character where you can try our 'Filter of the Week' or have your beans custom-ground for your preferred brewing method.

Are your coffee capsules compatible with Nespresso machines?

Yes! Our 'Be Gone Yawn' and 'Strike the Light' (Decaf) capsules are fully compatible with Nespresso Original machines. They are designed to bring our signature Highland-roasted flavour into a convenient, encapsulated format.

Can I get my coffee beans ground at the Chapel Street shop?

Absolutely. When you visit us on Chapel Street, our 'Team Bean' will be happy to grind any of our freshly roasted whole beans specifically for your home brewing equipment, whether that's an Aeropress, V60, or Espresso machine.

Colombia "Snowy Mountain": Single-Origin Roast

"Snowy Mountain" is our premier single-origin Colombian coffee, fully traceable to an association of 50 smallholder family farms tucked into eastern Tolima. Each artisan grower operates an on-site micro-mill to carefully hand-harvest ripe cherries, pulp, ferment, wash, and sun-dry the parchment on raised beds.

These growers belong to FABICOOP, a sustainable agricultural cooperative founded in 2013 dedicated to bringing ethically sourced, high-altitude specialty coffees to global markets.

Meticulous crop management and precise post-harvest processing ensure a remarkably clean, consistent cup, while subtle microclimate variations between farms create a rich, layered flavor profile.
