Yes! Our 'Be Gone Yawn' and 'Strike the Light' (Decaf) capsules are fully compatible with Nespresso Original machines. They are designed to bring our signature Highland-roasted flavour into a convenient, encapsulated format.

Can I get my coffee beans ground at the Chapel Street shop?

Absolutely. When you visit us on Chapel Street, our 'Team Bean' will be happy to grind any of our freshly roasted whole beans specifically for your home brewing equipment, whether that's an Aeropress, V60, or Espresso machine.

Mexico Finca La Laja: Mountain Water Decaf

Our Mexico High Grown (HG) Decaf is a fully traceable, single-estate specialty coffee sourced directly from Finca La Laja near Huatusco in Veracruz, Mexico. Owned and operated by Hermilo Sampieri, the estate reflects three generations of artisan coffee farming traditions and holds both Rainforest Alliance and 4C sustainability certifications.

To eliminate caffeine without compromising taste, the beans undergo the chemical-free Mountain Water Process managed by DESCAMEX. Using pure glacial meltwater from Mexico’s highest peak, the green coffee beans are gently soaked to extract caffeine while preserving their natural origin flavors and rich aromatic oils. The water is filtered to remove caffeine and recycled throughout the decaffeination cycle, delivering a full-flavored, clean decaf coffee experience.
