Going “to origin” is an almost spiritual experience for coffee officianados worldwide, and although it sounds like something from Star Trek it just means going to see where your coffee is grown.

We can’t believe it’s nearly a year since our Flo visited the Ipanema estate in the Brazil, where she met the farmers and saw the process from picking and pulping to sun-drying.

We love that we know exactly where our Brazilian beans come from and how they are grown and harvested, and by whom.

Flo says if she really had a transporter she’d go back in a jiffy! Where to next we wonder?
