Green bean to roast coffee…this is how we do it at Inverness Coffee Roasting
You can see the green India Monsooned Malabar beans going through the rooasting process and coming out the other end, just waiting to be enjoyed by you and me.
India’s romance with coffee is overshadowed by that with tea, but they’ve been growing excellent beans for over 400 years, and the magic ingredient in this case is the Monsoon winds from the Arabian sea during the months of June through September .
The cup characteristics of this mystical bean are: spicy, earthy, smoky, tobacco notes, wood notes, medium body, medium acidity.
